Executive Assistant to the CEO

As a key member of the team at Endeavor, you will:
• Provide timely, efficient administrative support to the CEO
• Manage the CEO’s work and personal calendars; this includes heavy scheduling, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring strategic priorities are met
• Screen and prioritize the CEO’s incoming internal and external inquiries (email, phone, walk-in)
• Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings
• Coordinate an extensive speaking engagement and travel schedule, including international
• Prepare and update contact lists and information
• Spearhead special projects and events as needed
• Complete business and personal errands
• Work with the Director of Sustainability Initiatives and President to ensure appropriate briefs, notes, and follow up from meetings
• Other administrative duties as assigned
You are/have:
• Exceptionally professional, exhibit a high level of diplomacy, and build rapport easily
• Comfortable working with all levels of clients, visitors and employees, including senior executives/leadership
• Highly proficient with Mac & PC systems and software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Social Media
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Able to function within tight and constantly changing deadlines
• Able to maintain highly confidential information
• Confident, self-directed/proactive, and collaborative
• High energy and naturally entrepreneurial
• Able to anticipate needs, respond rapidly to new challenges, and adapt your priorities accordingly
• Desire to thrive in a creative, inventive, fast-paced start-up environment, with people who are passionate about their work and mission
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree. At least five years previous experience reporting to a CEO or other high level executive required.
