Through partnerships with Ernst & Young and other prestigious consulting firms (e.g., BCG, Bain, McKinsey, Oliver Wyman), high-level directors take sabbaticals to support Endeavor Entrepreneurs on-site for three months to a year.

While on assignment, the Fellows focus on delivering the services they know best, from accounting and tax code support to transaction advisory and project management. The Fellows count on the support of the local Endeavor office and network making for a productive experience.
